Rates & Booking Policy
Every visit includes a Character of your choice and all the supplies to bring your selected activities to life!
$135 per hour, 90 minute minimum
$30 add on, Keepsake Crown & Coronation Ceremony
90 minute visit
You may select 2 activities for 1-10 children or 1 activity for 10-20 children
2 Hour visit
You may select 3 activities for 1-15 children or 2 activities for 15-30 children
2.5 Hour visit
You may select up to 4 activities for 1-15 children or 3 activities for 15-35 children
For celebrations expecting more than 35 children we recommend inviting more than 1 Performer. We would be happy to work out a quote for your large-scale event.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
There may be additional traveling fees to reach celebrations that are outside Sacramento. To 100% lock your celebration into our booking calendar we require full payment at the time of booking. We will send you an invoice once we confirm a few details. 25% of the total cost will be considered a deposit. Deposit will be held on all cancellations. You may reschedule to a different date (within 12 months of original booking date) with 72 hours notice and have that deposit applied to the new date. If there is any remaining balance for any reason, it will be due on the day of your event in CASH or check, unless a different agreement is decided prior to the event. Additional time may be added on the day if available, billed at a rate of $75/half hour, with a 30 minute minimum. Please cancel and reschedule if you or any member of your group has tested positive for or is showing symptoms of illness. Performers are not caretakers. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate and adequate supervision to all children present at all times. The “pixie” character will be sent unless a different character is requested. Pixie Tribe reserves the right to cancel at any time, for any reason. If more children show up on the big day than you expected, we may need to add more time or omit some activities to reach every child.
